What People Are Saying:

A fun, witty awesome book. I loved ready about people I knew and learning new things about them. I laughed, and shed a few tears at the moving moments. If you can get to someone's emotions, you know you did a good job.

At 46, I find myself sometimes buying in to the myth of "too old", "too fat", "not fit enough" so I could totally identify and was also encouraged by Karen's latest book. I enjoy her matter-of-fact style and her zest for life. This is a story - and a wake up call - for everyone who thinks they're limited.

This book is a must read for those of us who consider ourselves “old” and even for the younger generation to get the heads start on how to achieve “PASSION”. It is time to reflect and take our lives back and start doing what we love and wanted to do for so many or few years.

As a father of four boys, two of which compete in Barefoot Water Skiing, I found myself really enjoying this book. Karen's book covers many topics and ideals that I try to instill in my boys. From finding a passion, to "suck it up" and then to volunteering and serving others. These are simple things each generation can do to lead a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I definitely recommend reading this book.
